I just successively clicked on them, probably took less time than it
took you to type your message. If you like download managers like
FlashGet etc (I hate them) then it's very easy to grab all files on a
page by multiselect. There are also many utilities like Teleport Pro
that will browse a remote web to a predefined depth and store it
locally, with or without specific link types etc.
