[ATM] sanding tile tool

just finished wao 9  (2 1/2 hr) looks good but edge of tile tool is
geting sharp edges should I sand them then re wash the tool before
starting wao 5 I have more wao 9 power left I could mix up some more
after sanding edge of tool to make sure every thing is smooth. When I
started with wao 9 there was drag on the first time I used it. It was go
after the first wetting.
