[ATM] Ghosts in the Coulter

Hmmm, interesting discussion.  The ghosts bobble a bit but stay in that
general area.  The primary floats in it's cell but the bolts do just press
into the back of the mirror.  I will cushion it, or maybe set up some
triangles to support the mirror.

The secondary is glued or taped to the mount.  Looks original.  I will
take it out and cut it loose and remount it.  See if that changes
anything.  I hope to take it over to central Oregon this weekend.  Colder
and dryer over there.  I will let you know what I find.
