The money would probably better spent making a program to keep
requesting the spammer's pages and throwing them away.  Make it
expensive for them to do their stuff and they6 will probably go
away.  The virus nitwits are now mostly history because the web
got serious about proscuting them for their nstyness and a big
bill for the adveertizing will probably do the same for these
nitwits.  I only had 11
B spam posts today..
