Hi ATMers,

I have converted the Waineo96 source code to Delphi and made a
first attempt at a GUI Windows program. It's definitely Beta
quality at the moment but if anybody would like to test it
please shout and I'll upload it. There are no Docs at all yet -
you will have to refer to the original archive of the DOS
version.

The main known bug is with the Conic Constant input edit box. If
you want to change the value, don't ever let it become blank.
Sounds easy to fix but it isn't - it's tied up with the horrible
numerical approximation routines in the source.
