[ATM] Raised zone

Hello,

I am figuring a 6" mirror with a raised zone. When I start the correction the
zone was 1" wide and it extend up to 1/8" of the mirror edge. I used full sized
lap apply short strokes taking the edge of the lap across the high zone (as in
Texereou boock) for 10 minutes. After this the zone was reduced to 1/4" wide. I
try the correction again but it di not work. How can I work this 1/4" wide at
1/8" of the mirror edge? The zone is about 1.5/lambda high.
