the mirror is turned forward because I hold my hands in place.
I don't move them with the rotating turntable.
Then the small wheels must roll along my hands.
The opposite side of each wheel which touches the mirror moves
with double speed compared to its pivot point.
So the mirror turns forward on its support.

Imagine this:
Put a small stone on top of a car's wheel and start to drive
slowly, the stone will move faster than the car.
