Galvanic corrosion happens when the parts get moist.  The water
usually has enough acid in it to promote a battery effect and
that causes the corrosion.  Keep the stuff dry and there
generally isn't a problem over a normal lifetime.  The use of
antisieze and other passivating and corrosion resisting chemicals
will help in the problem.  Also, SS screws are more recommended
as they have a slightly different surface from the cheap grade 5
bolts and nuts.
