[ATM] Polishing / Figuring Simulator

Hello Martin,

You mention an offset controller for your polishing machine.  I have 
been collecting the mechanical bits to try that as well, I already have 
built a robo-foucault test set-up with steppers and love it.  Would you 
be willing to share the code for the stepper driven offset on your 
polishing machine?
