[ATM] aluminum steel corrosion problem

I seem to remember that one gets corrosion when using
steel parts in close contact to aluminum (steel bolts
on aluminum plate - for instance).  How does one deal
with this?  Is a heavy grease enough?  (Hopeful
thinking.)
