Sounds like it is time to make a 15" binocular telescope!
I cut a 14" piece out from a similar piece of glass and the guy
ground and polished it to a F4.5 mirror and that works well.  You
do have to start using thin mirror techniques to insure that you
don't get any astigmatism into the mirrors.
