[ATM] Polishing / Figuring Simulator

I wrote a program to simulate the effects of figuring strokes
on a mirror. The program and some ideas how to use such program
for figuring can be found here:

The program simulates a polishing machine with a
turntable and a tool on top doing linear strokes.

Parameters can be changed:
- mirror and tool size
- turntable speed and strokes per minute
- stroke length and offsets in X and Y direction

The simulator calculates the amount of glass removed
(only relative) for up to 100 circular zones of the mirror and plots
the resulting surface profile.

Tool overhang cannot be simulated. Perhaps someone
else has an idea to calculate the pressure distribution in this case.
