Sonotube OTAs are often damaged by bad storage very easily.  Just going and
finding another tube is usually pretty easy fo do as concrete construction
tubes are everywhere although the Home Depot type places don't sell any over
4' long.  You have to go to the construction wholesaler places that cater to
the contractor types for the 20' tubes (which cost only a little more than
the 4' tubes you get at Home Depot) that you can use for the tube.
If the rocker box got damaged, you really had some bad storage!  They also
aren't that hard to rebuild again.
