[ATM] ATM no tool Newt secondary

Maybe somebody mentioned this and I just missed it, but I have
a set of Bob's knobs on my C-8, and thought it'd be nice to have the
same adjustment on my Newt Secondary.

The local hardware store sells a plastic cap with knurled edging 
meant to be pushed over small cap screws. The dimensions are about
1/2 inch  by 1/8 inch (~ 12 by 3 MM) and for about 1 USD per 
adjustment screw you too can have a set. May not have needed it but
I assembled them with a drop or two of crazy glue.
