mirror cell: what will -30 C/F temperatures do to the 
strength/flexibility of silicone? It's not an uncommon temp here.

Hello, Jay:  I'd go to GE's web site and contact them about this.  
They'd be the ones to give you all the information on this.  Possibly 
they have a "Products" page that gives all the specs on that particular 
formula;  That's what I'd do.
