Seems that the baffle would also be useful for preventing the rear fan from
overpowering the air flow of the front fan(s).

Since heat rises, common sense dictates that the vent should be on top and
front fan(s) on bottom.
My Meade power supply has two "cigarette-lighter" outlets. With the rear fan
plugged into one, that leaves one for the front fan(s). Shopping list:
computer fan(s), male "cigarette lighter" plug, potentiometer. And rubber
bands (or rubber strips of some kind) for mounting the fans.
