Re: [ATM] Re:>OT< at risk of embarrasing David

Dear Tom and Beth, and all:

It would be the easiest thing in the world for me to write up! I just so
happen to have a jillion wonderful, detailed photos of this giant "Lazy
Susan" that could carry a long arm (counterbalanced) table on it, for
swinging (at first) both my keyboard and my monitor over my bed, and then 90
degrees away from my bed.

I'll write it up as a Word doc, right away, and make it available as an
attached and illustrated Word doc for who ever wants it! Consider it done.

When I wasn't using this very large lazy susan platform, sometimes children
would get on it (it was only about six inches thick, bearings, plates, etc,
and about 18" in diameter- it would have held a block of "Neutronium" it was
so strong- six outrigger bearing/rollers, and one MASSIVE tapered roller
bearing in the center) and twirl themselves around (on their knees- I
wouldn't let them stand up on it) until they were hysterical with laughter,
and "drunk" with dizziness. I still have it. NO MACHINING REQUIRED TO BUILD
IT. I will get on it right away, my two friends- for all of you guys. I
found a jillion other uses for it; that is why, when I gave away all of my
bearings, I kept the seven bearings that are built into that big Lazy Susan.

I'll announce when it is ready. Not a big project; glad to have something
else to do, no other atm-ing projects to consider now.

Consider it done. I am glad I took all those pictures of the unit,
disassembled, and assembled. It is very easy to see how I built it.

Thanks for suggestion, guys. I will get right on it.

Davey

P.S.- no machining required to buiild it.
