I doubt David would mention that he came up with an ingenous
solution for those with significant mobility issues to easily use a
computer using simple bearings, and ANY ATMer worth their 
salt could build this unit for family memebers or someone in their 
community. It allowed the keyboard and mouse to be mounted 
on a swingaway platform, easily swung out of the way. Not only
could this platform be used for keyboards, but also a serving tray
for eating, writing, painting, etc. Estimated cost of materials-$25 USD.

Several years ago I encouraged David to write this up so that others
could use it, but I suspect he has not done so.

Sorry David, many on this list either know of people who could use
your solution now, or in the very near future. In that vein, I respectibly
request you at least summarize it for our community. Please.
