[ATM] Wide band refractor

Someone recently got me to looking at the i-line catalog of ZEMAX.
Some interesting filler glasses there.

I revisited one of my earlier designs that would no longer be
valid (glasses N-SK4 and N-BAF4, the replacements for SK4 and BAF4,
are only listed as going down to the h line (404 nm)). I fudged
around a bit and ended up with:

At 150 mm f/12, it's not a speed demon. However, over the 350 to
1050 nm band it is entirely in the Airy disk; the flat spectrum
Strehl ratio drops below 0.99 only in the outer 5 mm ring of
the 90 mm field. Wide band correction is there too; the
telescope is lambda/4 P-V from 334 to 2162 nm over the field.
