I believe you mean one with the auto cell parts for 54 point cells. See
the in-lined files below.

A 27 point cell should adequately support you mirror. I suspect that as
others have mentioned it could be one of two issues: stiction and the
side support, especially given that sometimes the cell works and other
times it doesn't. I would suggest trying to address both of those
issues first before increasing the number of points. If you don't, more
points will just mean more layers and more problems from stiction.

Here as promised are some auto cell files for 36 and 54 points. There
is nothing much magical about them. They are just .gr files with
specific names placed in a certain location that omit certain parameters
(such as diameter, thickness, and focal length and material type). I
won't make any claims that these are "the best possible cells" but they
should be relatively good and easy to construct.
To save them start a new blank version of Plop, and click on the "Edit
as Text" tab. Ignore any warnings that appear (just click 'OK'). Next
replace the text in the window with the selected text from one of the
four files included below. Then (very important) click on the
"Comments" tab so that Plop will parse the text. Finally, use
"File/Save As" to save the file into the appropriate directory and
filename. The comments will give you a hint as to where to look on your
system. Repeat for the other three files.
If you have problems with cutting and pasting these files into Plop in
text mode, I will make them available as a .zip archive for a time at
the following URL:

Cheers!
