Sorry for the confusion...let me clarify my question:
The ground ring on the trilateral scope is, well,
round. The flexible rocker box is, well....,
square...no triangles involved.
So the rocker box and the ground ring are not set on
the same centers. And my question is why are they
offset? Does that help?
