I don't have any general recommendation for refractor repair (except maybe
Captain's Nautical?), but I wouldn't think anything is needed except a
cleaning. The coatings on an objective lens should be fairly durable, so
after blowing off dust and grit (with a can of compressed air), any good
quality WET lens cleaner should do. Check out your local photo shop (not the
5 minute place, a good one). You should not need to disassemble the lenses
unless stuff got in between them (which shouldn't happen unless you
disassembled them...). The spacing is fixed by spacers, and is
non-adjustable. The collimation isn't likely to change over time either, but
that you'd wan to check under the stars anyway...
