[ATM] Touchy Refractive Index

The prescription:

uses the Hoya glass FCD1. Both ZEMAX and OSLO represent the
refractive index over wavelength for this glass using the
Cauchy formula. Using the 5 place catalog data in my Hoya
catalog, I determined an equivalent Sellmeier formula. Over
the wavelengths provided in the Hoya catalog, these two
formulas differ by at most 4.32E-6, i.e.: less than half
the LSB of the catalog. (For the most part the differences
are less than half of that half LSB.)

However, when the prescription above is optimized using this
new formula:

the prescription differs, but not "excessively". The
resulting RMS wavefront error, though, is quite different,
about 30 percent. All this from differences that are on
the level of "round-off" error!
