The best thing is to find the local astro club and see if there is anybody
there that has done their own mirror(s).  It may be that the club has a
small group of people that are grinding their own mirrors and they would be
happy to help you finish yours.
I live in the San Diego area and know of groups in the LA area and San
Francisco area as well as a group in NJ that are very active in
mirrormaking.
