Lemon juice would have one advantage over vinegar.  The acid in lemon juice is
citric acid.  Citric acid is not volatile.  It won't evaporate from the
solution.  Acetic acid in vinegar will slowly evaporate, making the solution
less acidic over time.

Lemon juice has the problem of having a bunch of other stuff in it.  You would
want at least to filter it well to get out the solids.  (A number 2 coffee
filter might work OK.)

Distilled white vinegar is essentially acetic acid and water, with little else
there.
