Reflectivity, yes...
but there's nothing like a paper towel for experimenting with absorbancy!

Interesting observation, but there are too many variables (lighting sources,
color filters on camera, QE of CCD chip, etc.) to draw any "scientific"
conclusions about reflectivity, IMHO.
