No, there are no measured drawings or anything similar in ATS Journal 
14.  There is a listing of Herschel telescopes, which might have been 
superceded by an article in the latest Journal for the History of 
Astronomy, with a longer listing.
Measured drawings might be found in a CD put out by the Herschel Society in 
Bath, UK, a few years ago, but that was issued in very limited quantities 
and I haven't seen one.  If someone is really ready to begin fabrication of 
such a telescope, they can contact me off list & I can see if the drawings 
can be found, but they would be copyrighted & reproduction would be 
complicated.....I'd rather not get involved just to spread the information, 
but if a project was really underway, I'd see what I could do.
Perhaps the Society has started selling CDs again......I think they had a 
site on the web.
