After seeing the Anacortes pictures (link provided by Michael), this does
not look like a Serrurier structure.  Notice the Dec shaft appears to go
into the center of the lower truss, not the rings between the upper and
lower.  It simply looks like a box to connect the Dec shaft.

My, what a lot of metal way up in the air.

Actually, I saw this set up at NEAF.  The truss tubes, at least, are carbon
fiber.  I don't know about the rings.  And a large mounting plate attaches
to both the central ring and bottom section.
