Hi,
Guido is proposing a 20" F6 that is 1" thick.  It will certainly test his
skills !
If he is able to make a good sphere with that piece of glass, and if he has
it
slumped to the same radius of curvature, it should work quite well. The
specs
as set forth by Alan Adler's flex program are a bit demanding and the scope
will drop below quarter wave performance at the horizon. If I had the glass
I would do it.
