Looks like a hole in the center with a little TDE?
First try getting the hole out by some somewhat shorter strokes than you
have been doing as this should take down the high ring. After that,
evaluate and see what the condition of the edge is.
I'll note that putting your hands one in front of the other tends to reduce
the amount of TDE and this may be enough to fix all of the problems.
