Avoid the rain water if you live anywhere near a populated area. It
will be full of pollutants washed out of the atmosphere on it's way
down. Come to think of, they are finding pollutants in the ice at the
south pole these days, so its probably best to just skip the rain water
altogether regardless of where you live. That's advice that's seen
better days.
