Technically, yes.  The Mersenne scope could be used as such but the exit
pupil will need to be made very small in order to see everything and the FOV
will be very small due to the long distance from the secondary mirror as the
7mm aperture of the eye won't allow for any more lightgathering.
I reality, the use of a mirror will be rather difficult to do for the small
size of the eye as you will really need to get the secondary close to the
eye to make it practible.
