Scott, you actually have a straightforward turned edge.
Either do some MIOT for a while or, preferably, do a stroke where the mirror
goes from about 1/3 of overhang to COC and stop.  Putting the weight on the
edge of the lap is what you want.  This will preferentially shave off the
glass from the midpoint out to near the edge, opening up the radius of the
whole surface.  You also want to put your hands one in front of the other
rather than side by side which is the normal action when moving the mirror
about.  If you do TOT, you want to do a chordal stroke with about 1/4 or a
bit less overhang on one side.
