James, is that the Zambuto mirror?  If so, you are going to be having
troubles with it as you are overdriving the camera's detector.  I feel that
you need to be able to see all shades of gray on the mirror and the camera
CANNOT autobrightness while doing this.
The images look a lot like they have been processed by the camera to gain
more contrast than what they should be.  I have found with my rig that
aluminized mirrors are a pain in the butt to test as too much light is
coming back and the camera changes its brightness setting and this messes up
the grayscale of the test.
