hogging: removing glass to get the concave courve (rough grinding stage)
ROC: Radius of Curvature. For mirrrors = 2* focal length
TOT: Grinding or polishing with Tool On TOP (opposite is MOT= Mirror On TOP)
COC: Working Center over Center
TDE: Turnded Down Edge
KE: Knife edge (Foucault)
BFL: ? don't know either
