Hi Alex! You really need to check out our club. We have a group building several scopes at the moment led by our very own "Mr. Gadget", aka Phil Johnson.
The observers group meeting is Saturday night which will be a Messier Marathon if the weather cooperates. Visitors are welcome. Ask on RASCAL for directions if you would like to come out.
