Phil, I can't believe it is a wild idea as it sounds good to me! Just
sitting here reading your post my imagination started to fly. What a
great way to have a sky chart on your PC or Mac and have the cursor move
with your telescope to the star on the chart. I'll bet there will be a
resolution problem that will have to be solved, such as, mouse turns vs
telescope shaft turns, etc. There must be some electric whizes on this
list that can or have tried your idea.
