Give us more details ! Is it a commercial package (a-ka C8, LX-3, Super Polaris, etc.)? What kind of motors does he use ? Steppers ? Synchronous ? DC ? What voltage ? Wattage ? Degrees per step ? Etc...etc... Sounds complicated ? It only sounds so. Should be quite easy project. Certainly far easier/simpler than a cookbook camera.
