I've got a 12" f/8 (that's right, 96" f.l.) made in 1944 that I'm putting into a truss tube Dobsonian mount. So far I've completed the mirror cell and a heavy duty 3/4 plywood box to hold it. I plan to use 3/4 steel conduit for the trusses and a short piece of Sonotube to hold the secondary and focuser.

It should look great next to my 6" f/13!

No No, don't tug on that. You never know what it might be attached to -B.B. _____________________________________________________________
