However, the lowest Visual Strehl (0.970) occurs at the opposite
end (X',Y') = (0.0 degrees, 0.75 degrees).  The highest (0.998)
actually does occur near the field center.  (Both OSLO and ZEMAX
come up with quite similar values.)
