If Herry's answer doesn't fix the problem, you'd better givce out
the numbers so we can properly kibbitz them.
With the typical mask that so many do of equal area for each
zone, the center zone will be rather a bit off from a true 0 but
you will see that in the display of the results with the center
being the error point, waggling off from the basically straight
line of the other zones.
Also note that Herry correctly stated that it is the center of
the zone, no an edge that is the point you are measuring.  ON
fast mirrors, you will see a bit of the light running sideways as
you do the test.  Too much of that and it is better to do more
zones or sparse out the zones.
