[ATM] new wire spider and ring again

I made a new secondary ring again. Well, not a ring but a 12-angle polygone. 
At closer inspection, the former one didn't keep collimation well enough, 
because of flexture of the 20 mm diameter aluminium ring. I made one of 30 
mm diameter tubing now. This one keeps its collimation well!! And all this 
work made me an experienced wire spider builder.
