[ATM] Chabot Recollection

Aloha Group!

As a boy living in the East Bay Area , I took my first 8 inch mirror 
to Tinsley Laboratories, then in Berkeley, for aluminizing.  The 
person taking the mirror, at Tinsley, asked me if it was polished at 
Chabot. It was strictly home-brewed. Then a bit later, when visiting 
Lick Observatory and mentioning that I had built an 8 inch telescope, 
one of the guides asked if I had made it at Chabot.

The year was 1955, and Albert Einstein died while I was impatiently 
waiting for completion of the aluminization.
