Hi, 

The Lehigh Valley Amateur Astronomical Society (Allentown, PA) has a Telescope Making 
class that meets once per month (on the Friday nearest Full Moon-no sense wasting good 
observing nights). 

This has been going on since I became a member over 20 years ago. Rumor has it that it 
goes back a lot further. I've been heading it up for the last 7 or 8 years, since Rick Hunter, 
who ran it before, moved up to Springfield, VT.
