[ATM] Making Barlows

Hi Francis and all,

I'm curious about making Barlows. 

The book "Making a Refractor Telescope" by Norman Remer discusses making
refractor lens. Is it practical for an ATM to use these techniques build
their own Barlows?

Or is it just better to just buy Barlows.
