Gil,

If you haven't, you may want to look at Newport Glass.  They did carry pre-cut blanks in BK-7 and Water White plate (less expensive).  I haven't checked prices for quite a while, but might not be too bad at 6".  BTW the WWP should be a good option for both a window and a corrector.  That way you'll also know what you have.
