This is not the only ATM supplier that can be slow in answering
emails. Please note Nova website was last updated Mar 2007,
suggesting Nova Optical Systems is still in business. I have
seen several businesses go bancrupt as a direct result of
creating a website with an email address in the contact info
that was never read. The owners, often one man operations,
frequently simply did not know anything about computers or
email, but were usually quite honest. It might be worthwhile
to call (and I note in the shipping instructions they did not
give email address)....
