I do as little Paypal business as possible. If someone buys an item and pays
with Paypal - and then makes a false claim - you are stuck - Paypal just
takes the money back and really does not care whether the buyer is telling
the truth - this has resulted in many scams - if your are selling - Paypal
is not good.
