Sheeesh! I have used 3 and I have used 10-12. The pros only use a few.
But then, the pros have automated machines with unlimited elbow grease.
Pros are not concerned about their back and elbows. More grades means
less elbow grease. If you want a better workout and your posture can
tolerate it, use less. Those with back pain will prefer more grades,
or maybe a grinding/polishing machine.
