[ATM] OpenFringe and mirror surface simulation program

I forget if I ever told the list that I had finally
published my interferometer analysis program called
openFringe.

Even if you don't have an interferometer you can use
it much like Jim Burrows Diffract program to see how
surface features affect the image.  It has star test,
Ronchi, and Foucault simulations.  See the extensive
help. 

It only runs on WindowsXP flavors, sorry.

This is the program I talked about 2 years ago that
would let users input mirror parameters and see
simulations of surface changes.
